We would like to thank you immensely for your excellent customer service. When we reached the venue and saw that the Bouncy Castle was already installed it was a big relief and I knew I would be less stressed to set up the rest of the hall with the decorations. You also didn’t mind us paying the money after the event as well which was very helpful as we have been fetching some of our guests from far early in the morning and we were very busy at set up time. The kids really enjoyed the Party Time Bouncy Castle with the slide. I think it was the best! Maybe next time I won’t use the ball pit, only because the bigger kids enjoy throwing them everywhere and tend to throw them at each other as well which some kids don’t like but nobody was hurt of course! :)

Great services and highly recommend to anyone! My Daughter had an amazing birthday party with the Unicorn bouncy castle all the children really enjoyed it! Thank you very much indeed! 5stars and will definitely be using you again in the future 😁

I’d leave more stars if I could. Genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service. Polite, chatty, promptly arrived at the required time (despite me being late myself!) very fast to set up and take away at the end of the party. We hired the unicorn bouncy castle/ soft play bundle, along with the unicorn hoppers and the children LOVED it all - we had trouble dragging them away long enough for food. We were pleasantly surprised that the bouncy castle was a lot bigger than expected! All the stuff was clean and excellently well kept - can’t sing your praises enough. A huge huge Thankyou.

Had one the adult castles yesterday for a party. Great service turned up earlier than planned and picked up a little later to cater for our party defo recommend we had the adult castle and was massive :)

We've had a bouncy castle from Lily's twice now, they have always been there promptly when they said they would, the castle so have been great and the kids have absolutely loved them!! I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely be using them again in the future!
