We would like to thank you immensely for your excellent customer service. When we reached the venue and saw that the Bouncy Castle was already installed it was a big relief and I knew I would be less stressed to set up the rest of the hall with the decorations. You also didn’t mind us paying the money after the event as well which was very helpful as we have been fetching some of our guests from far early in the morning and we were very busy at set up time. The kids really enjoyed the Party Time Bouncy Castle with the slide. I think it was the best! Maybe next time I won’t use the ball pit, only because the bigger kids enjoy throwing them everywhere and tend to throw them at each other as well which some kids don’t like but nobody was hurt of course! :)

Absolutely brilliant! Great range, perfect quality and clean too :) Guy and his son, who set up and removed were just amazing and so friendly - even helped us move tables because they had time! Can't recommend highly enough A+++!
